About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interpret client briefs and model exhibition stands
- Produce 3D visualizations and renders using Twinmotion or Adobe Creative Suite
- Create design presentations with annotated floorplans, elevations, and mood boards
- Support tender projects with walkthrough animations and finish specifications
- Generate costing sheets to assist account managers
- Collaborate with design managers and internal teams from concept to completion
- Use AI tools to streamline design processes and improve efficiency
- Contribute to marketing visuals for other business segments
- Complete a 12-week structured training program focused on exhibition design tailored to the Australian market
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0–3 years of experience in exhibition or related design fields
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software, such as Corona Render
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong visual sensibility and ability to interpret briefs creatively
- Ability to design within brand guidelines
- Excellent time management and interpersonal communication
- Knowledge of modular systems such as Octanorm, Syma, Aluvision, and beMatrix is a bonus
- Understanding of materials, fabrication, and exhibition build standards is a bonus
- CV and a short cover letter are required to apply
