About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the planning and execution of corporate events, customer engagements, and Executive Briefing Center programs
- Manage event timelines, calendars, agendas, and key deliverables
- Coordinate with customers, speakers, internal teams, and other stakeholders
- Track event results, attendance, feedback, and other key metrics
- Track event budgets, expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliations
- Manage event logistics including food and beverage, transportation, signage, shipping, and venue requirements
- Ensure vendors and internal partners meet agreed timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Source and coordinate vendors, obtain quotes, and support negotiations
- Manage vendor relationships, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage day-to-day Company Store operations, including orders, billing, inventory, and tracking
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Assist with presentations, event communications, surveys, agendas, and promotional materials
- Support post-event communications and reporting to measure event effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in event management, event coordination, marketing, or a related field
- Experience with corporate or customer events; technology industry experience is an asset
- Strong organizational, project management, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with budgets, invoices, and purchase orders
- Experience with vendors and event logistics is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
