About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support territory sales plans and activities to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and other sales activities
- Identify local market opportunities, customer needs, and business challenges
- Conduct customer visits and maintain consistent account communication
- Present and educate customers on company products, services, features, benefits, and applications
- Recommend relevant product solutions with guidance from sales leadership
- Support customer onboarding and ongoing account development
- Respond to customer questions about products, pricing, availability, ordering, and services
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services
- Track territory activity, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales progress
- Report territory activity, opportunities, challenges, and progress to sales leadership
- Collaborate with sales leadership, customer service, operations, marketing, and other internal teams
- Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn territory management and sales strategies
- Participate in product training, sales meetings, industry events, conferences, and customer education
- Develop understanding of the aesthetics industry, market trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging opportunities
- Stay informed about product information, industry developments, and competitive activity
- Develop product knowledge, consultative selling, presentation, and territory management capabilities
- Maintain knowledge of FDA, AATB, ISO, cGMP/CGTP, other regulations, standards, and internal procedures
- Complete assigned tasks within defined timeframes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of experience in sales management, or related field required
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
- Clearance of favorable background investigation required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
- Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
