Key responsibilities & impact- Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native solutions using AWS Glue, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Lake Formation, Athena, Redshift, and RDS

Requirements
What you’ll need- Computer science graduate or equivalent
- 5–10 years of industry experience
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing AWS cloud infrastructure at scale
- Expertise in AWS Lake Formation, S3, Athena, and Iceberg for data lake formation, governance, and analytics
- Strong knowledge of PySpark and Databricks is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of serverless architectures and event-driven workflows using Lambda, SNS, and EventBridge
- Strong knowledge of AWS Redshift and Amazon RDS
- Proficiency in Python or Bash
- Experience developing APIs and integrating distributed systems in cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of DynamoDB, data modeling, and query optimization
- Experience configuring and monitoring cloud infrastructure using CloudWatch and Grafana
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
- Understanding of Parquet, ORC, and AVRO
- Familiarity with IAM policies, encryption, and data protection best practices
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data in batch and streaming pipelines
- Experience with deployment processes and containerization is a plus
- Experience with Informatica or similar ETL tools
- Working experience in an Agile-based delivery methodology is preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Client management skills are desirable
