About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with senior leaders on business problems and shape the team's strategic direction
- Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance
- Analyze ezCater's product and site funnel to identify friction and opportunities
- Turn analysis into a prioritized roadmap
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to quantify opportunities and define success metrics
- Deliver recommendations for the product experience and product strategy
- Design, implement, and review A/B and multi-armed bandit experiments
- Use data-driven analyses, A/B tests, and statistical models to uncover customer behavior insights
- Optimize product strategies and deliver customer impact
- Identify root causes of changes in business performance
- Partner with stakeholders to achieve north star metrics and organizational goals
- Improve data quality and governance with data platform peers
- Leverage AI to accelerate analytics throughput
- Share product domain expertise and mentor peers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of relevant quantitative or technical analysis experience, preferably in product analytics or e-commerce
- Demonstrated experience solving ambiguous, high-impact business problems independently
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience in statistical modeling; Python preferred
- Proficiency in site analytics and experimental test design
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Tableau, and Sigma
- Effective communication skills to convey data insights across different audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
- Ability to present insights to stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and multitasking capability
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings, and other events, when applicable
