About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the supplier self-service experience end to end for restaurant partners
  • Design tools and flows for managing menus, availability, business information, performance, and issue resolution
  • Partner with Product, Analytics, UX Research, Supply Operations, and Engineering to identify high-friction supplier actions
  • Design self-service alternatives and determine when UI, new functionality, policy changes, or structural changes are needed
  • Design for independent restaurants, multi-location partners, and enterprise partners
  • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
  • Contribute to and advocate for the design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility
  • Facilitate workshops, critiques, and working sessions across disciplines
  • Use AI-powered tools for prototyping and research synthesis and help the broader team adopt them

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience as a product designer, UX designer, interaction designer, or similar role, with accompanying experience in visual/graphic design
  • Comfort designing systems across complex customer journeys, edge cases, and future functionality
  • Ability to independently identify opportunities, frame ambiguous problems, and influence product direction
  • Track record of shaping team priorities and solving clearly framed problems with measurable outcomes
  • Ability to provide and seek clear, constructive feedback
  • Proficiency with the Figma suite, Claude design, and prototyping tools
  • Experience designing with and contributing to a robust design system
  • Detailed portfolio showing the process from discovery through launch and iteration, plus customer and business impact
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills for explaining complex flows and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical partners
  • Collaboration and facilitation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings, and other events
