About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build trusted, strategic partnerships with ezCater’s enterprise restaurant partners
- Establish rapport with contacts at all levels across a portfolio of restaurant partners
- Understand partner businesses and translate them into ezCater growth opportunities
- Create and implement strategies for exceptional customer experiences and shared growth
- Assess, validate, and optimize partner performance
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable direction for C-level decision makers and store managers
- Serve as a subject matter expert on operational metrics and partner-specific nuances
- Analyze performance data to identify patterns, root causes, and trends
- Develop data-backed narratives communicating performance, opportunities, and progress
- Recommend services, tools, and strategies for long-term partner success
- Present operational and functional insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Drive operational outcomes tied to partner and ezCater business objectives
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments to align on goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years experience partnering with and managing top-tier partners or accounts
- Experience with restaurant operations, final mile delivery, or e-commerce logistics preferred
- Track record of building strong internal and external relationships and delivering business impact through collaboration, negotiation, and creative problem solving
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and distill them into clear recommendations
- Expertise using analytical tooling such as Tableau, Sigma, and Excel
- Executive verbal and written communication skills
- Experience resolving conflicts and addressing competing interests
- Ability to build trust and influence through active listening, empathy, and navigating others’ perspectives and motivations
- Proactive problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, autonomously and cross-functionally
