Key responsibilities & impact

Build internal developer platforms, shared services, APIs, and libraries supporting integrations and core platform capabilities
Design reliable backend systems for cross-domain business flows and operationally critical use cases
Partner with product, security, and engineering peers to turn ambiguous problems into well-scoped, high-quality deliverables
Own quality through testing, observability, safe rollout practices, and production issue investigation
Improve developer velocity and reduce toil through a self-service mindset

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software engineering experience building backend systems and APIs in production
Experience in Go
Strong experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Istio service mesh, Terraform or similar IaC tools, and CI/CD systems
Familiarity with workflow orchestration, event-driven architectures, and operational complexity
Experience with observability tooling such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana
Experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Flink, or Kinesis
Experience building shared platform capabilities used by multiple teams or products
Strong quality mindset across CI/CD, telemetry, and production ownership
Must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa or legal permanent residence
