Key responsibilities & impact

Build internal developer platforms, shared services, APIs, and libraries supporting integrations and core platform capabilities
Design reliable backend systems for cross-domain business flows and operationally critical use cases
Partner with product, security, and engineering peers to turn ambiguous problems into well-scoped, high-quality deliverables
Own quality through testing, observability, safe rollout practices, and production issue investigation
Improve developer velocity and reduce toil through a self-service mindset
Build backend services, APIs, infrastructure components, and reliable distributed systems
Partner cross-functionally with product engineering teams to drive customer growth and adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software engineering experience building backend systems and APIs in production
Experience in Go
Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Service mesh (Istio), Terraform or similar IaC tools, and CI/CD systems
Comfort with workflow orchestration, event-driven architectures, and operational complexity
Experience with observability tooling such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
Experience building shared platform capabilities used by multiple teams or products
Strong quality mindset across CI/CD, telemetry, and production ownership
