About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with preparation and tie-outs of monthly forecast packages
  • Assist with preparations for the Multi-Year Plan process
  • Assist with testing and implementation of a new forecasting tool/system and process
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly forecasting and quarterly close activities
  • Assist with ad hoc requests, special projects, and other financial planning and analysis duties
  • Perform other FP&A-related duties as assigned
  • Report to the Director, FP&A GAAP Projections & Analysis
  • Work with members of the Financial Planning & Analysis Department and interact with management throughout the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Accounting or Finance degree major
  • GPA of 3.0 or greater on a 4.0 scale within major
  • Interest in a career within the financial services industry preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Highly motivated and demonstrated ability to take initiative
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work as part of a team with professionals at all levels
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to create complete and accurate documentation of work performed
