About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide comprehensive operational, administrative, systems, and employee-service support across HR Operations
  • Support HRIS questions, data audits, system testing, implementations, documentation, access requests, and routine issue resolution
  • Maintain HR process documentation, SOPs, FAQs, knowledge-base content, employee records, compliance documentation, and internal resources
  • Audit employee records in ADP for accuracy and completeness
  • Support employment verifications, unemployment claims, record retention, HR audits, investigations, and compliance initiatives
  • Respond to routine employee and manager questions about policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, systems, and HR processes
  • Process hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, leaves, and terminations in HRIS, payroll, and related systems
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, background screening, I-9 compliance, employee setup, orientation, exit processes, and Payroll coordination
  • Act as backup for Payroll administration and assist with benefits, leave, payroll, enrollment, life-event, and open-enrollment processes
  • Support leave administration and reconcile benefits data across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems
  • Coordinate HR Operations, Total Rewards, and cross-functional initiatives by tracking timelines, deliverables, action items, and stakeholder updates
  • Escalate complex, sensitive, or specialized matters to appropriate specialists

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in HR and HRIS experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and key HR processes
  • Ability to work with multiple sources of data and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and varied audiences
  • Ability to build stakeholder relationships, set expectations, and communicate progress
  • Regular and punctual attendance
  • Ability to perform sedentary computer-based work with occasional standing or walking
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • ADP experience preferred
  • HR Certification is a plus
