About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as liaison to the Des Moines Corporate Games and point of contact for team captains
  • Plan and execute social and community engagement opportunities for the Summer Internship Program
  • Support Summer Internship Program development programming
  • Support project work across Human Resources areas including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Workforce Intelligence and Business Partners
  • Support implementation of new platforms and processes within HR
  • Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives and campus relations programs and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing business, psychology, education or related degree preferred
  • Interest in the human resources field
  • Training and/or human resources experience preferred
  • Project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter attitude and collaborative mindset
