About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow Fixed & Indexed Annuity sales within the IMO channel distribution
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of company products, practices, and procedures
  • Provide sales and marketing support to agents and marketers using WebEx or Teams
  • Conduct inbound and outbound phone sales activities
  • Deliver virtual trainings and coordinate marketing materials
  • Develop proficiency in the agent portal and illustration software
  • Use Tableau to pull and manipulate data
  • Create standardized emails via Salesforce and manage the team's shared email inbox
  • Collaborate with National Account VPs, Regional Directors, Senior Internal Wholesalers, and Internal Wholesalers
  • Provide phone and web-based support related to case design, product questions, competitive positioning, and illustration software training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Junior or senior-level student or recent college graduate studying/studied business, marketing, management, sales, or a related field
  • Previous sales experience desired
  • General knowledge of economics and financial planning desired
  • Ability to build solid external and internal relationships
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-reliant multitasking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Tableau knowledge to pull data
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
  • Technologically proficient and knowledgeable in contact management applications, illustration tools, and sales support systems
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred
