About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure Advisory businesses (Wealth, Private Banking, and Insurance) comply with regulatory requirements and applicable policies and procedures
- Collaborate with compliance staff to identify, measure, and monitor compliance risks within Advisory
- Document departmental workflows and recommend solutions to improve quality and reduce costs
- Identify problems, diagnose causes, and determine corrective actions
- Perform ongoing data integrity validation and correction activities in high-risk areas
- Document findings and report them to management in a timely manner
- Document and maintain assessment methodology
- Support assigned external and internal examinations
- Develop and implement assessment processes
- Prepare periodic monitoring reports
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
- Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring daily business risks in accordance with F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program
- Adhere to regulatory laws and company procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA or BS required
- 3 years of job-related experience required
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to use general office equipment
- Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
- Intermediate-level MS Word proficiency
- Intermediate-level MS Excel proficiency
- Intermediate-level MS PowerPoint proficiency
- Experience conducting assessments or comparable production experience
- Familiarity with wealth management, deposit/lending, and insurance activities, including applicable regulatory requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided
