About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide comprehensive data and analytics support for business units across the corporation
Work on low-complexity and cross-functional data-centric solutions across multiple projects as a team member
Collect, analyze, and share data to improve key business metrics, customer experience, and business results
Work with Business Information and Data Analysts to understand customer needs
Develop and evaluate business intelligence tools and automated reports using database and web application technologies
Develop and test databases, queries, views, reports, and dashboards
Assist with data conversions, imports, and exports between internal and external software systems
Document data models, solutions, and implementations
Design and build reporting and analysis tools for reporting, analysis, planning, and forecasting
Support integration of analytical platforms with enterprise systems and applications
Troubleshoot analytics tools, systems, and software
Track performance and production issues
Assist with performance tuning of analytics applications
Escalate production issues as appropriate
Ensure collected data meets required quality standards
Maintain the Metadata Repository by adding, modifying, and deleting data
Follow the corporation's data policy and keep supervisors informed
Perform risk-management responsibilities under F.N.B. Corporation's risk management program
Comply with regulatory laws and company procedures
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate-level education required
0 years of job-related experience required
Skilled with database tools such as SSIS, SQL Server, or Oracle
ETL experience required
Experience with BI/Data Analysis tools required
Python, SQL, SSIS, and SSRS coding skills
Detail-oriented
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Technology internship and/or 6 months of technology work experience preferred, not required
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided
