About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and own F2's partnership strategy across distribution, technology, data, and strategic relationships
- Identify and prioritize partners expanding F2's reach across private equity, private credit, investment banking, and asset management
- Build relationships with consulting firms, law firms, fund service providers, technology companies, data providers, and other influential organizations
- Structure and negotiate referral, reseller, co-sell, integration, data, and other commercial partnership agreements
- Build business cases and operating plans covering economics, account ownership, go-to-market strategy, and success metrics
- Develop joint go-to-market plans and enable partner teams to create shared pipeline and revenue
- Identify and launch technology and data integrations with Product and Engineering
- Collaborate with Marketing on partner launches, events, research, customer stories, and joint initiatives
- Develop relationships with industry associations, business schools, practitioner communities, and other organizations
- Establish reporting and processes for partner qualification, activation, pipeline, adoption, and performance
- Evaluate the partnership portfolio and recommend investment, expansion, or strategic changes
- Work cross-functionally with Revenue, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Security, Finance, and company leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, ecosystem development, or a related role
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, financial technology, data, enterprise software, or another relevant technology environment
- Track record of developing partnerships that have produced measurable commercial results
- Experience structuring and negotiating reseller, referral, co-sell, integration, data, or similar partnership agreements
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to evaluate strategic and financial value
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data requirements, security, and customer workflows
- Experience developing go-to-market plans and enabling external sales or delivery teams
- Ability to coordinate initiatives across Revenue, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Security, Finance, and Customer Success
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong organization, judgment, and follow-through
- High ownership and comfort operating independently in a fast-moving environment
- Excited to work in person with the team in New York
- Nice to have: experience with private markets or financial institutions
- Nice to have: existing network across private markets, financial technology, consulting, legal, data, or fund services
- Nice to have: experience with CRM, data room, research, market data, or enterprise software platforms
- Nice to have: experience launching technology or data integrations
- Nice to have: familiarity with AI products and enterprise AI workflows
- Nice to have: experience with industry associations, academic institutions, or practitioner communities
- Authorization to work in the USA is addressed in the application form
- Must be able to commit to F2's onsite work schedule: Monday–Thursday in NYC or Monday–Wednesday in SF
