About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage day-to-day operational engagement with distribution partners
  • Ensure compliance with channel programs, policies, and contractual obligations
  • Coordinate resolution of quotes, orders, pricing updates, renewals, reporting, and other operational issues
  • Support execution of channel programs, promotions, rebates, MDF, and new partner initiatives
  • Produce and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports
  • Analyze key performance indicators, pipeline activity, bookings trends, and program participation
  • Monitor SLA performance, operational metrics, and compliance to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales, Finance, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Partner Programs teams
  • Act as a liaison between distributors, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive issue resolution and business execution
  • Support forecasting, business planning, operational reviews, and partner enablement activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of channel operations, distribution, partner operations, or sales operations experience in the technology industry
  • Experience working with Ingram Micro, TD SYNNEX, or similar distribution partners
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and reporting tools
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to support critical business cycles, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities
