About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow F5 revenue, partner-initiated pipeline and revenue, and overall F5 market share for designated National Partners
  • Lead National Partners through mutual business planning, training, sales enablement, and demand-generation marketing
  • Create and execute strategic business plans with National Partners, including objectives, goals, go-to-market plans, activities, and success metrics
  • Lead weekly cadence calls to monitor pipeline, revenue targets, marketing activities, training, certifications, collaboration, and account mapping
  • Communicate National Partner initiatives and alignment with F5 priorities to Channel and Sales leadership
  • Plan and lead QBRs and executive briefings
  • Develop and foster long-term strategic relationships with National Partners
  • Align with Regional CAMs and Sales Teams on district account plans
  • Collaborate on marketing calls, activities, and events and optimize ROI
  • Promote National Partner participation and sponsorship of F5 events
  • Lead quarter-end cadence to ensure timely processing of committed deals
  • Use sales tools to inspect business trends, insights, and learnings and promote F5 brand and partnerships
  • Oversee National Partner contracts and execution of partner agreements and obligations
  • Participate in pilot projects or task force groups to improve channel offerings, processes, and policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in channel management and technology sales
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing National Partners with a proven track record
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
  • Strong time-management, strategic planning, and business acumen skills
  • 30–50% domestic travel
  • BA degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Experience using Salesforce, Tableau, Highspot, TechTarget, LinkedIn, and Partner Central
