What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a strategic partner and advisor to operational leaders
  • Extensive HR experience supporting strategy and operations roles in large-scale, complex organizations
  • Experience aligning talent initiatives to business operations and regional priorities
  • Expertise architecting scalable organizational frameworks at global and local levels
  • Experience developing succession plans and leadership pipelines for operational disciplines
  • Deep experience integrating operational data with people analytics
  • Experience informing talent strategies, performance metrics, and workforce planning
