About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as central product owner for the People Analytics portfolio (Visier, Snowflake, Tableau, and PowerBI)
- Drive the strategic roadmap, hands-on implementation, data mapping, UAT, optimization, and governance model
- Lead architecture of the people data layer and partner with IT to build and manage a secure Snowflake data zone
- Write complex SQL to integrate and transform data and ensure audit readiness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
- Establish and enforce data governance and security frameworks for people data
- Ensure data quality, clear data definitions, and compliance with GDPR and CCPA
- Design, build, and maintain analytics products including Visier and Tableau dashboards and custom analyses
- Consult and partner with business and P&C leaders to understand needs and improve user experience
- Lead user training, enablement, and support programs
- Serve as subject matter expert on people analytics technology and recommend innovations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in a people analytics role
- Hands-on expertise authoring complex SQL
- Experience building data models in Snowflake
- Experience designing production dashboards in Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Experience managing data integration pipelines (ETL)
- End-to-end Visier product ownership, including platform implementation, administration, governance, and advanced analysis/dashboard creation
- Strong functional knowledge of HR data and processes
- Familiarity with Workday data structures
- Understanding of employee data governance, security models, and compliance protocols for managing PII and SPI
- Consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Project management and user enablement experience
- Preferred: advanced statistical techniques, predictive modeling, or machine learning using Python or R
- Preferred: Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana
- Preferred: professional certifications in Visier, Snowflake, Tableau, or project management (PMP)
- Preferred: Master’s or PhD in a quantitative or HR-related field
