About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead quarterly and annual planning, aligning long-term strategy with near-term execution priorities
  • Run the Product Management organization’s operating rhythm, including leadership cadence, quarterly business reviews, roadmap and portfolio reviews, and offsites
  • Partner with Portfolio Operations on lifecycle processes, execution insights, and product-system improvements
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans, decision-ready narratives, OKRs/KPIs, executive materials, and pre-reads
  • Track strategic goals and initiatives; surface risks, trade-offs, and required decisions
  • Advise the SVP and product leadership team on decisions and follow-through
  • Navigate governance and organizational, process, and strategy change initiatives
  • Connect Product Management priorities with Engineering, Design, GTM, Technology Services, HR, and Finance
  • Improve planning, execution, reporting, and decision-making through fit-for-purpose tools, systems, and processes
  • Prepare decision briefs, meeting materials, and leadership communications
  • Resolve ambiguity, clarify ownership, and address cross-functional friction
  • Represent the SVP when delegated and align stakeholders
  • Monitor organizational health, capacity, talent, budget, and headcount planning with Finance and HR
  • Support Product Management leadership effectiveness and development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or business operations, including partnership with senior product and/or engineering leaders
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Exceptional executive communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive and board-ready materials
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency with Excel and complex data sets
  • Ability to influence without formal authority and build trust across Engineering, Finance, GTM, and Design
  • Proficiency with SharePoint or similar tools
  • Highly proactive and organized; able to create clarity in ambiguity and ensure commitments are delivered
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and drive alignment across all levels of the organization with limited formal authority
