About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and lead F5’s AI business enablement strategy
Identify and deploy AI-powered technologies to transform business processes, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making
Lead human-first change management and guide the organization through AI-driven changes
Advise executive leadership and employees on the business value and potential of AI initiatives
Deliver presentations translating technical AI capabilities into business-relevant outcomes
Drive large-scale digital transformation by integrating AI innovations into business processes, products, and customer solutions
Lead discovery, design, and implementation of AI-enabled process workflows
Partner with engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teams to integrate and scale AI solutions
Build and lead a high-performing team of AI experts and business analysts
Monitor industry trends, evaluate AI technologies, and identify competitive opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of progressive experience in technology or business leadership roles, including a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and business transformation
Proven ability to leverage AI to drive measurable business outcomes and deliver operational improvements
Experience in large-scale business transformations
Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to convey complex AI solutions and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Expertise in process workflow optimization and operational efficiency, with a history of driving automation and process improvements
Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformation initiatives using cutting-edge technologies
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups
Deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics
Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is preferred
Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Business Administration, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred
Experience implementing AI solutions at enterprise scale
Familiarity with regulatory, ethical, and privacy considerations related to AI
