About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build trusted relationships with data and technology leaders across the financial industry
Develop client-focused processes and solutions
Promote user adoption through data-driven workflows
Ensure smooth client onboarding through targeted training
Surface product feedback to Product Development
Serve as a client advocate and recognized advisor on FactSet’s data ecosystem
Partner with clients to understand business and technical processes
Provide tailored solutions using FactSet’s data products
Guide clients on FactSet data solutions and increase adoption of APIs, datafeeds, and cloud services
Plan and lead product trainings, feedback sessions, and business reviews
Expand knowledge of financial markets while working with multiple clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech
Client-centric mindset
Desire to collaborate across teams to create unique and innovative solutions
Experience or desire to be client facing as a subject matter expert
Proficiency at learning, using, and applying new technology
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with APIs, data pipelines, or scripting languages (Python, R, SQL) highly valued
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills
Bachelor’s Degree conferred by January of 2027
