About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in account shadowing to learn about client-facing teams, client types, and the service model
- Assist account teams with day-to-day client projects, new user trainings, and strategic initiatives
- Observe Global Sales and Client Solutions professionals during phone and on-site consultations
- Engage in learning activities, mock demos, and client interactions
- Complete large-scale independent projects and present findings to senior management
- Complete comprehensive training in FactSet’s solutions, clients, industry, and client-facing and sales organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech
- Client-centric mindset and desire to collaborate across teams
- Experience or desire to be client facing in a support role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build relationships and work on teams
- Proven track record of learning and using new technology
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills
- Juniors in good academic standing with GPA 3.3 and above
- For U.S. locations, must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
