About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and lead a team focused on maintaining running compute platforms in peak condition
- Ensure platform users are well supported
- Manage Compute Platform Ops Engineers providing first-tier support
- Respond to support requests via chat or tickets
- Review and implement component upgrades
- Plan, test, and execute upgrades and improvements

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes
