About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver product catalogue management capabilities enabling partners to manage growing curated catalogues with reduced time to market
  • Champion customer needs throughout the development process by designing scalable and robust products
  • Analyze competitors and market trends
  • Develop detailed requirements, feature definitions, implementation plans, and internal communications
  • Participate in cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, including pre-impact analysis, deployment, and post-deployment activities
  • Work with engineering teams to deliver value through agile product development flows and deliverables
  • Independently design solutions and deconstruct complex problems into manageable blocks within an agile project framework

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passionate about developing customer centric products
  • Able to think globally/strategically, frame new and complex problems and break them into smaller ones
  • Capable of structuring information and have great attention to detail to define clear requirements
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective product roadmaps
  • Experience in adopting a test and learn approach to building products to inform product direction
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development for complex products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English is mandatory
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment handling multiple product evolution happening at once
  • Experience working on ecommerce marketplaces, product catalogue management or merchandise management is highly desirable
  • Knowledgeable of the scrum methodology is a plus
  • Knowhow in Merchandise management highly desired
