About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Calculate, consolidate, and analyze revenue, margin, and profitability indicators.
  • Perform analyses of price, product mix, costs, and commercial funding variations that impact results.
  • Support monthly management reporting close processes by processing, reconciling, and validating data from SAP and other corporate databases.
  • Build comparative analyses of actuals, budget, and forecast, identifying variances and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards and management reports to monitor performance.
  • Automate closing processes and routines using SQL, databases, analytics tools, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Support the preparation and updating of the budget, forecast, and executive presentations.
  • Prepare performance materials for the executive board and shareholders, ensuring the quality, reliability, and consistency of information.
  • Conduct revenue and margin analyses at the product, category, brand, and channel levels, supporting business decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in FP&A, Controllership, or Corporate Finance.
  • Experience analyzing revenue, margins, profitability, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Experience with management reporting close processes and financial data preparation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or data analysis and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to financial activities (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar).
  • Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented profile.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Availability to work on-site in Divinópolis, MG.
  • Experience in the consumer goods, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, personal care, healthcare, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience in financial process automation projects, data lake development, SQL queries, and database integration.
  • Participation in digital transformation and finance function modernization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
