About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for key accounts, acting as the main point of contact between customers and Farmax
  • Develop assigned accounts through training, commercial negotiations, and the approval of budgets and discounts
  • Present product launches and innovations to customers, ensuring adoption and growth across their listings
  • Achieve sell-in targets and drive sell-out by analyzing performance indicators, identifying opportunities, and proposing action plans
  • Ensure the implementation of brand strategy in the field, maintaining alignment across positioning, execution, and pricing
  • Monitor the market and competitors, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities
  • Oversee customer operations, including orders, order backlogs, deliveries, scheduling, current accounts, credit, and collections
  • Resolve key-account requests and issues in partnership with internal teams
  • Enter orders and update information in corporate systems
  • Support the development and implementation of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and commercial plans
  • Partner with Trade Marketing teams to ensure sales phasing and execution of promotional activities
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for customers’ sales teams
  • Prospect new accounts and identify business opportunities in the assigned region
  • Periodically analyze and review customer portfolios, seeking to increase product mix, profitability, and market share

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge and application of financial mathematics concepts
  • Basic knowledge of product logistics and distribution
  • Commercial experience working with direct channels and key customers in the region
  • Ability to deliver commercial training
