About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Receive and validate requests to create material and service master data, ensuring that all information is complete and accurate
- Work with requesting departments to correct or supplement data when necessary
- Validate master data for business partners, materials, and services, ensuring compliance with description standards, business rules, tax regulations, and logistics requirements
- Ensure the integrity of registered data through audits and checks with regulatory agencies and internal departments
- Record and maintain the company’s master data in the ERP system
- Perform periodic master data maintenance, including updates and corrections
- Execute master data blocking and reactivation processes
- Support the creation and implementation of new processes by performing system tests related to master data
- Prepare and analyze reports, identifying and correcting inconsistencies
- Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and optimize master data processes
- Draft and structure department processes, policies, standards, and procedures
- Develop KPIs, forecasts, and management reports to support decision-making
- Provide support to other company departments on master data and registration-related matters
- Support general activities and related requests within the Master Data department
Requirements
