About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact in the relationship between customers and Farmax.
Develop assigned customers by supporting sales growth and ensuring the necessary support for business expansion.
Plan and conduct training sessions for customers’ sales teams, contributing to portfolio knowledge and increased sell-out.
Analyze customer performance, review portfolios, and identify opportunities for growth, profitability, and category expansion.
Drive sell-in and foster sell-out by monitoring performance indicators, identifying performance gaps, and proposing action plans.
Ensure execution of the Farmax strategy in the field, supporting the correct implementation of positioning, pricing, promotional activities, and commercial priorities.
Accompany customers’ sales teams in the field, developing sales representatives and supervisors and supporting training and commercial execution initiatives.
Prepare commercial analyses, reports, and presentations to monitor results, investments, performance, and business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and regional indicators, communicating identified risks and opportunities internally.
Work together with Trade Marketing teams to develop JBPs, commercial actions, and initiatives aimed at accelerating sell-out.
Carry out commercial administrative routines, monitoring orders, investments, internal processes, and the resolution of requests with support departments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and a permanent Category B driver’s license, with availability to travel.
Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to analyze data and performance indicators and prepare reports and executive presentations.
Knowledge of financial mathematics, commercial indicators, and results management, including investment monitoring and commercial routines.
Commercial experience with indirect channels, such as distributors, wholesalers, pharmaceutical, grocery, and Cash & Carry, plus basic knowledge of logistics and distribution.
Experience with training, workshops, and commercial development is preferred.
Analytical, organized, and methodical profile, with a focus on managing indicators and results.
