About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the execution of Trade Marketing initiatives across sales channels
- Assist with organizing and updating departmental reports and tracking tools
- Support the registration and monitoring of promotional and merchandising materials
- Track requests from the sales team related to categories and brands
- Assist in preparing presentations and supporting materials for meetings
- Monitor the shipment and availability of point-of-sale (POS) materials
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to follow up on requests
- Organize departmental schedules, documents, and information
- Support the Trade Marketing team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Previous experience in administrative, sales, marketing, or Trade Marketing activities (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
