About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business teams to design and implement moderately complex data-centric and value-added systems and solutions
- Develop moderately complex value-based analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, and strategic, data, or analytic initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and establish analytics requirements
- Create detailed documentation and business plans addressing stakeholder needs
- Liaise between IT and Product Management for data solutions
- Work with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify challenges and resolutions
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide data integration strategies using data marts and data warehouse applications
- Improve data platforms, dashboards, and reports to meet changing business demands and guidelines
- Consult on UAT, technical specifications, strategic planning, contract design, technical support, testing updates, and training
- Apply data standards while balancing regulatory and compliance requirements with business needs
- Manage data from multiple sources and complete moderately complex projects
- Transmit data and proactively ensure data quality
- Troubleshoot data issues and devise mitigation solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of related experience required
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude
- Intermediate experience with SQL or similar
- Intermediate experience with dimensional modeling
- Intermediate experience with pipeline orchestration
- Intermediate experience building data pipelines to transform data
- Intermediate experience with BI visualizations
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence internal and/or external constituents
- Ability to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
- Valid, local legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based
- Rare, if any, travel required
