About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and manage overall training schedules with project teams
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions
- Prepare training materials for delivery
- Equip client trainers to train end-users on FAST’s software and systems
- Develop video and self-study training modules, job aids, user guides, help articles, and presentations
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams on instructional design
- Review and update training programs based on new features and user feedback
- Train project staff and testers on the software
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using participant feedback
- Analyze feedback to improve training content and delivery methods
- Manage multiple training projects across various teams
- Customize training for client needs and goals
- Collaborate with implementation teams, software developers, and clients
- Contribute to testing coordination and test scenario development
- Support communication and change management activities
- Assist with system-related setup, including task management and user roles
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Education, Instructional/Curriculum Design, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; technical training or experience in other fields will be considered
- 3.0 minimum GPA
- Ability to absorb complex technical information and present it in an easy-to-understand format
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage projects, organize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Must be comfortable working fully in-office and on site with clients
- Must be flexible regarding work location
- Applicants should be comfortable with a 2027 start date
- Cannot require visa sponsorship now or in the future in the United States or Canada
