Own the lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic clients, including deployment, go-live, adoption, retention, and expansion
Own client relationships from end users to executives
Lead deployments from kickoff to go-live

Drive adoption and expansion within accounts
Build processes, tooling, and AI-powered systems that scale Fathom
Deliver client referenceability and reduce time from contract to go-live

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years in solutions engineering, integrations engineering, business operations, management consulting, investment banking, or technical account management
Epic and healthcare integration experience
Track record of independently owning complex, high-stakes client relationships
Daily use of AI tools (LLMs, automation) in your own work
Working proficiency in SQL, Python, and HL7
Ability to troubleshoot software and debug integrations
Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred: revenue cycle background
Preferred: high-growth startup experience
Preferred: based in New York City
