About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Become an expert on Faye's products, customers, and business
- Partner with Product Managers on high-impact questions and ad hoc data requests
- Define, track, and evolve core product KPIs across key journeys and flows
- Analyze funnels, cohorts, feature adoption, user behavior, and customer drop-offs
- Identify friction points and translate them into product and business recommendations
- Design and analyze A/B tests and product experiments
- Measure the impact of product launches, feature changes, and customer experience improvements
- Build dashboards and recurring insights using Tableau, Mixpanel, Snowflake, dbt, and AI tools or LLM engines
- Uphold rigor and accuracy in stakeholder-facing data
- Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Partner with Data and Engineering to improve tracking, event instrumentation, and metric definitions
- Participate in the team's effort to bring AI into how they work
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ several years of experience in product analytics, business analysis, or other data-focused roles
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with large, real-world datasets
- Experience analyzing product funnels, cohorts, customer journeys, and feature usage
- Strong understanding of product metrics such as conversion, activation, engagement, retention, usage, and customer satisfaction
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and product measurement
- Experience with Tableau, Mixpanel, dbt, and Snowflake, or similar tools
- Strong rigor and accuracy, with care for data quality and clear metric definitions
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of making data clear and actionable for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to connect product behavior with customer experience and business impact
- Comfortable working directly with Product, Data, and leadership stakeholders
- Curiosity about using AI to work faster and smarter, and openness to adopting it as part of a team effort
- A relevant academic degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience in consumer products, travel, insurance, fintech, or customer-facing digital products is a plus
- Python or R experience for deeper analysis is a plus
