About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support by processing new business applications
  • Order and analyze motor vehicle reports
  • Provide additional clerical support in new business issuance, renewal and endorsement processes
  • Perform heavy volumes of data entry to support the underwriting process
  • Support underwriting operations in an entry-level role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School or better
  • Minimum of one year general administrative experience
  • Basic knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Market Reservation, Expresswrite and Imaging systems
  • Basic knowledge of Commercial Lines Regional operations workflow and procedures
  • Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze, define and solve problems
  • Good judgment and decision-making
  • Typing and data entry experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word
  • Pre-employment drug screen is conducted for all positions
