About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support for the underwriting process
  • Process new business applications
  • Order and analyze motor vehicle reports
  • Provide clerical support for new business issuance, renewal and endorsement processes
  • Perform heavy volumes of data entry
  • Work in a hybrid schedule with 3 days per week in the Sarasota corporate office and 2 days per week from home

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School or better
  • Minimum of one year general administrative experience
  • Basic knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Market Reservation, Expresswrite and Imaging systems
  • Basic knowledge of Commercial Lines Regional operations workflow and procedures
  • Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze, define and solve problems; the use of good judgment and decision-making
  • Typing and data entry experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word
  • Must complete a pre-employment drug screen
