Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage recruitment from initial contact through offer stage
Create inclusive job advertisements and advise on job description improvements
Maintain applicant tracking systems, monitor recruitment pipelines, and provide recruitment reporting and analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven recruitment experience gained within an in-house talent acquisition environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing platforms
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Passion for diversity, inclusion, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience
