About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Architect a cohesive system workforce perspective integrating insights across the employee lifecycle
  • Shape how workforce information is structured and presented at the Federal Reserve System level
  • Develop and evolve system workforce intelligence frameworks supporting strategic decision-making
  • Identify meaningful workforce patterns and emerging system-level trends
  • Provide ongoing horizontal visibility across the system
  • Connect workforce insights to system priorities and long-term considerations
  • Partner with other business lines, such as Finance, to align workforce insights with broader organizational metrics
  • Contribute to cross-functional, system-level reporting integrating workforce, finance, and other operational perspectives
  • Ensure workforce intelligence supports system-wide planning and decision-making
  • Translate workforce data into clear, executive-ready narratives
  • Frame workforce discussions around system direction and strategic objectives
  • Elevate system-level workforce themes for leadership consideration
  • Collaborate with the Data Product Owner to ensure workforce intelligence informs system-level priorities and product evolution
  • Support alignment between workforce insights and broader HRPSC product strategy
  • Work independently and coach, delegate, and review the work of less experienced staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Typically requires at least 10-15 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with specialization in an information technology field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of directly related education and/or experience
  • Advanced to mastery understanding of the subject, with specialized depth and/or substantial breadth of expertise
  • Thought leadership regarding industry experience and knowledge
  • Ability to solve complex business problems with innovative solutions and approaches
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience coaching, delegating, and reviewing work of less experienced staff
  • May serve as a team lead
  • HR experience preferred
  • Workday report development experience preferred
  • Tableau and/or Power BI visualization experience preferred
  • Alteryx experience preferred
  • Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the employing Reserve Bank
  • Must work full-time onsite
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
