Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a member of the OCISO leadership team and advise the System CISO
Contribute to the vision, strategy, values, and priorities of the Central Bank Services portfolio
Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive information security strategy for Central Bank Services
Lead information security strategy and execution across Markets, Credit Risk Management, and Reserves
Collaborate with Central Bank Services, the Office of the CISO, and System IT delivery partners
Provide proactive security advice on Central Bank Services technology solutions to business and technology leadership
Develop relationships with key stakeholders and external partners
Assess risk and establish risk tolerance while balancing business needs against potential material loss
Build and lead an AI-savvy security team in an agile technology environment
Drive results, manage change, and deliver secure, resilient, reliable technology services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required in business, technology, information security or related fields or equivalent work experience
10+ years of progressive experience in technology, information security, and people leadership
Experience partnering with product/engineering teams on secure SDLC and CI/CD
Deep technical expertise in securing complex solutions with modern approaches
Awareness of emerging IT industry trends
Strategic direction-setting capabilities with demonstrated ability to deliver on established goals
Collaborative leadership style balanced with decisive action when required
Proven ability to build and integrate teams across multiple organizational cultures
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, diverse perspectives, and ambiguity
Strong understanding of the mission, vision, and operational requirements of Central Bank Services and their application to security design, management, and operations
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage geographically diverse and dispersed teams
Business travel up to 25%
United States citizenship is required
Ability to pass FBI fingerprint/criminal background and Patriot Act/OFAC checks
Ability to pass physical examination, drug screening, reference checks, credit and criminal history checks, and additional risk-based security screening
