About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Zorgen dat alle data en informatie van zendingen tijdig in de systemen zijn ingegeven
- Zorgen dat alle voertuigen tijdig en correct kunnen vertrekken
- Afronden van alle dagelijkse administratieve taken
- Bereid zijn om andere taken op de werkvloer uit te voeren
- Actief bijdragen aan productiviteits- en kwaliteitstargets
- Coördineren dat verantwoordelijke werkzaamheden volgens planning en protocol verlopen
- Instructies van de Operations Support Agent / Operations Supervisor opvolgen
- Proactief, flexibel en collegiaal bijdragen aan het operations team
Requirements
What you’ll need- LBO/MBO denk- en werkniveau, bij voorkeur een logistieke richting
- Heftruck / EBT certificaat is een pré
- Kennis van Microsoft Office applicaties is een pré
- Goede contactuele en communicatieve vaardigheden (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling)
- Teamplayer
- Resultaatgericht en meedenkend hoe we het morgen nog beter kunnen doen
- Stressbestendig
- Flexibel inzetbaar binnen het operationele tijdsvak (9.00 - 23.00)
- Bereidheid om benodigde trainingen te volgen voor de functie
