About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement processes and solutions for data/text mining and analysis across structured and unstructured data
- Apply statistical analysis techniques to examine data from multiple disparate sources and support informed business decisions
- Create analytical solutions from initial concept through production
- Communicate results to broad audiences and present routinely to management
- Evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations
- Mentor team members and work on cross-functional projects and programs
- Conduct commercial, sales and related analysis accurately and within service-level commitments
- Analyze, explore, and visualize data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights
- Analyze historical data and develop forecasts to evaluate performance and predict future outcomes
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity through quality assurance and governance practices
- Investigate data issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions
- Communicate insights through visualizations, reports, and storytelling
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and identify process-improvement opportunities
- Support data-driven projects and transformation initiatives
- Design, develop, test, and deploy analytical tools and solutions using SQL, Python, Java, PowerApps, Excel, AI, and related technologies
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, training materials, and knowledge repositories
- Provide user training and support on data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics or Finance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar discipline
- Master's degree or PhD preferred
- Five (5) years of relevant work experience for Senior II
- Proficiency in analytics software and applications
- Fluency in English

- Advanced Excel, presentation, and storytelling capabilities

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, support cross-functional initiatives, and drive continuous improvement
