About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform on-site preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on sorting systems, equipment and supporting elements
- Cover maintenance scope across NL stations and other locations as the company grows
- Coordinate providers and vendors attending on site and ensure proper completion of maintenance tasks
- Control spare parts inventory, re-order parts and track deliveries
- Register maintenance activities in the MAXIMO CMMS system
- Ensure safe and effective performance of sorting systems
- Execute maintenance tasks according to MAXIMO planning under Maintenance Coordinator supervision
- Identify anomalies and resolve them where clear procedures exist, consulting Maintenance Specialists and Senior Technicians when needed
- Participate in further assessment and provide advisory support when required
- Follow an on-call schedule and provide out-of-office-hours support when requested
- Declare and report maintenance activities, parts usage, LOTO procedures and toolbox meetings
- Maintain MAXIMO reports, internal communications, forms and Excel control sheets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant experience (moderate level 3 - 5 years) in the Technical field (Maintenance)
- Technical background and expertise
- Technical studies (MBO) relevant to this job opportunity (Electrical, electronical & electromechanical)
- Skilled in electrical, electronical and electromechanical systems
- Skilled in mechanical parts such as bearings, shafts and rollers
- Service mindset and attitude
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Planning and organizing skills
- Problem solving skills
- Team working skills
- English and Dutch language proficiency, both writing and speaking
- Ability to support an on-call schedule
