About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic support partner for leaders and teams, ensuring that People & Culture practices are aligned with the business.
- Serve as a trusted and accessible channel for listening, maintaining regular check-ins with employees and coordinators.
- Identify and flag potential risks related to team climate, workload, or misalignment within the supported areas to the Head of People & Culture.
- Monitor department metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, engagement, and performance.
- Support leaders in conducting 1:1 conversations, providing feedback, and monitoring Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Actively participate in the execution of performance cycles, employee engagement surveys, and action plans.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, and case studies, ensuring alignment with the Feel Alive culture and an excellent candidate experience.
- Support the onboarding of new employees and contribute to the team experience journey.
- Support internal mobility and hiring processes, and conduct exit interviews.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, activities, and development content for employees.
- Prepare job descriptions, monitor teams’ OKR updates, and keep information up to date in people management systems.
- Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring that the company’s values are reflected in day-to-day practices.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR functions, such as generalist HR, recruitment, training, or development.
- Experience with engagement, performance evaluation, or employee climate tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with people management tools, such as Feedz, ClickUp, and Gupy.
- Understanding of HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and internal NPS.
- Knowledge of feedback methodologies and development plans, including IDPs.
