About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct and establish Human Resources functions for Feld Entertainment and affiliated companies across talent acquisition, policy development, regulatory compliance, employee relations, compensation, and other HR functions
  • Collaborate with all levels of management for consistency and overall goal setting
  • Support management through conflict resolution and monitoring of legal compliance in HR practices
  • Provide HR support and expertise to Feld Entertainment Studios, traveling shows, and events for talent acquisition, employee relations, training, performance management, policy interpretation, and EEO issues
  • Support employee relations initiatives, including mediation of disputes, complaint investigations, terminations, and management consultations
  • Oversee the HR Department
  • Direct and support HR Business Partner activities and HR support roles
  • Serve as a primary HR stakeholder for HR systems and projects
  • Ensure HR systems support the company mission, vision, competitive strategy, workflow needs, and reporting needs
  • Travel up to 30%, including nights and weekends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years management experience with strong focus on employee relations and directly related to the Essential Functions
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws
