About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage high-volume full-cycle recruitment for Pharmacy roles across Felix Pharmacy East (Ontario) and Felix Pharmacy West (BC), and for Health Care Practitioner Contractor roles supporting clinical operations
  • Source licensed pharmacy talent through outbound channels, referrals, and industry networks
  • Source and engage practitioner contractor candidates, tailoring outreach to a clinical audience
  • Partner with Pharmacy and clinical leaders to define hiring needs, screening criteria, interview structure, and priorities
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through the offer stage
  • Prepare and issue employment agreements and contractor agreements, ensuring provincial compliance
  • Coordinate with clinical and legal stakeholders to confirm scope-of-practice and credentialing requirements
  • Administer job postings, workflows, candidate tracking, and reporting in Ashby ATS
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling across all stages
  • Support recruitment process and tool improvements for licensed and regulated hiring
  • Support onboarding for pharmacy hires, including licensure and credential verification
  • Manage candidate and new-hire data in the HRIS across Ontario and BC
  • Partner with Finance and Payroll on new-hire and contractor updates
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Recruitment, ideally including licensed or regulated professionals within a Canadian environment
  • Dedicated experience recruiting Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and/or Pharmacy Assistants strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting clinical practitioners, such as physicians or nurse practitioners, is an asset
  • Working knowledge of provincial licensure and regulatory bodies relevant to pharmacy and clinical hiring, such as OCP and CPBC, or ability to get up to speed quickly
  • Hands-on experience with Ashby ATS and modern HRIS platforms such as BambooHR or HiBob
  • Zero-error mindset regarding employment/contractor agreements and candidate data management
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
