About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Klanten helpen commerciële, operationele en servicegerichte doelstellingen te realiseren met het Microsoft-platform
- Businessuitdagingen vertalen naar oplossingen binnen de Microsoft Business Applications-stack
- Werken met Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Contact Center, Project Operations, Hyperautomation, Power Pages en Microsoft AI-capabilities
- Klanten inspireren met waarde-gedreven gesprekken, demo’s, business cases en proposities
- Het bredere Fellowmind-portfolio positioneren wanneer dit meer klantwaarde oplevert
- Nauw samenwerken met consultants, architects en andere materiedeskundigen
- Marktontwikkelingen en kansen rondom AI, automation en business applications signaleren
- Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van consultants en architects
- Complexe vraagstukken vertalen naar heldere verhalen over businesswaarde, klantimpact en resultaat
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in presales, consultancy of solution selling
- Ervaring met Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement en het bredere Microsoft-ecosysteem
- Sterke affiniteit met businessvraagstukken, AI, automation en digitale transformatie
- Vermogen om businessdoelstellingen te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen met aantoonbare waarde
- Uitstekende presentatie- en communicatievaardigheden
- Ruime ervaring met commerciële trajecten
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreken
