About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide and successfully implement Fenergo’s product offering within client environments
- Assess and define clients’ operating model scope and complexity
- Formulate high-, medium- and low-level designs
- Lead by example in project delivery, SME support and solutioning
- Resolve functional challenges by influencing and partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop cross-team collaboration, information sharing and mentoring culture
- Oversee the project portfolio to help clients realise value from Fenergo products quickly
- Apply strong commercial acumen and understand commercial impact throughout delivery
- Support client solutions, pre-sales and sales as needed
- Ensure best-practice design and align client needs with product strategy
- Communicate effectively with clients as a domain and product expert
- Define operating models incorporating FEN-X architecture
- Challenge requirements to drive optimal solutions aligned with industry best practices and implementation strategy
- Foresee and escalate issues to protect project success
- Deliver comprehensive customer demonstrations on the Fen-X CLM platform
- Manage internal and external stakeholder communications
- Help shape the Delivery Organisation
- Support employee development through line management, SME responsibilities and regular training
- Implement efficiencies and improvements for consistent, repeatable delivery
- Keep current with industry, regulatory practices, product offering and content hub
- Support regional change management efforts
- Cascade global and regional organisational goals and initiatives to the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Expert-level knowledge of domain, product and delivery methodology
- Extensive client engagement experience assessing operating model scope and complexity and formulating high-, medium- and low-level designs
- Expertise in one or more of: Client Lifecycle Management; Financial Crime Compliance; Credit Risk Assessment; Agentic AI or Fenergo Platform features; FATCA/CRS; KYC risk models; financial-services solutions such as Orbis and WorldCheck One; Financial Markets Regulations; ESG
- Minimum of 10 years’ industry and domain experience implementing, consulting or managing software projects and working on the vendor side within the financial services industry
- Advantage if 10+ years’ experience in Transfer Agency, Fund Administration or KYC within Financial Services
- Knowledge of the AML regulatory environment across the EU27
- Additional knowledge of Luxembourg and UK regulatory environments advantageous
- Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to shape and lead conversations at all levels
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisation and effective listening skills
- Experience offering design solutions
- Degree in Business/Technology or equivalent
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for on-site client meetings and/or to Fenergo offices
