Key responsibilities & impact

Build innovative AI-powered products and intelligent agents using GenAI technologies
Develop software solutions using AWS, Bedrock, Hugging Face, Claude and Llama
Design and simplify complex full-stack systems and their components
Solve business problems using technology
Use cloud computing and cloud-based services to deliver software solutions to customers
Deliver projects through to successful production completion
Take ownership of problems and build effective solutions
Maintain high-quality engineering standards
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Collaborate with engineering, product, sales and leadership teams to produce world-class software

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with Serverless architectures and frameworks
Practical experience of cloud development (AWS or Azure)
Successfully delivered projects to production environments
6+ years' deep experience developing multi-layer systems using C#.NET, or JAVA, preferably in a SaaS environment
1+ years' experience using React
Strong Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration experience
Experience working in Agile environments
A degree or Diploma in Computing or similar related qualification
Strong communication skills
Full stack software engineering experience
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of problems
Experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
Experience working with a wide variety of technologies and systems
Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, sales and leadership
