About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and enhance internal web applications, business tools, APIs, and integrations
Support AI and automation initiatives involving Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI services, internal AI platforms, workflow automation, and AI-enabled search
Work with SQL databases, reporting solutions, dashboards, and data-driven process improvements
Participate in Azure-hosted application work and cloud migration efforts
Stabilize, simplify, and modernize existing systems
Troubleshoot issues and document systems
Streamline manual processes
Contribute ideas to improve user experience and team efficiency
Gather requirements and communicate project progress with stakeholders
Follow through on assigned work from start to finish
Identify simple, secure, and supportable system and process improvements
Learn and apply new technologies and platforms as project needs evolve
Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fundamental understanding of programming concepts and software development
Familiarity with at least one modern programming language
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and willingness to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
Curiosity about AI, automation, cloud platforms, and business process improvement
Fast learner who builds skills quickly and stays open to new technologies
Reliable ownership and follow-through on assigned work
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required
3 years + of related hands-on experience in a professional services environment
Exposure to cloud platforms and AI or automation tools is a plus
Exposure to C# and .NET/ASP.NET, SQL Server and cloud data platforms, Azure services and Azure AI services, Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI service APIs, Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, REST APIs, JavaScript or TypeScript, Git, DevOps practices, Power BI, Databricks, Fabric, or Python is a plus
